Our products are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer including but not limited to Toyota, Ford, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, BYD, or any other automotive brand. All trademarks, brand names, and OEM part numbers referenced on this site are used solely for vehicle fitment and compatibility reference purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
Content on this website (text, images, videos, designs) is the intellectual property of Carparts Land unless otherwise stated. Our manufacturing processes and designs are protected by 40+ utility model patents registered with CNIPA.
4. Product Information
Product specifications, images, and pricing are for reference purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and continuous improvement. MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and lead times are estimates and subject to confirmation at time of order.
5. Custom Manufacturing (OEM/ODM)
For custom manufacturing services, detailed specifications must be provided. Carparts Land is not responsible for fitment issues arising from incorrect specifications provided by the client. Samples and prototypes are subject to separate agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Carparts Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product(s) involved.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
